All prices are per week, they include gas, water and 12kw of electricity per day.

Deposit required on booking: 25%, final balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
A Security Deposit of £200 is required, to be refunded within 7 days provided there are no breakages or damages and the house is left clean and tidy.
